How long does it take to get my parcel?

1. As the Covid-19 in Hongkong, DHL transfer in Hongkong will have about 7-10 days delay. Post service is normal.
2. From July 1st, 2021, EU 27 countries will have VAT.

If send by DHL from Hongkong, Italy, UK will ask for VAT number.

9. Besides the shipping option, the shipping time may effects by the following factors:
(i) Our item stock status: Usually, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
(ii) The harsh weather condition and festival holiday: sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.
9.How we pack your orders?
Ususally, for post service little package, we will send by envolope with bubble package to pretect CD. For bigger one, we will send by carton package.
If your country customs limit the product brand, we can remove keys logo or label like following, please leave message under order if any requirements.
