This VVDI remote (XKCD02EN) has 4 buttons, Lock, Unlock, Trunk, Panic.
This Xhorse remote (XKCD02EN) needs lithium coin battery (not included, purchase separately).

There is no transponder chip installed in this Cadillac Type remote. You can generate or re-generate this remote by using any VVDI key tool, you should remove the battery before connecting the remote with the cable (socket connection).
How to generate Xhorse wired remote:
- Open VVDI wired remote and remove battery
- Connect Xhorse remote data cable to white connector on the Xhorse remote PCB board and plug into VVDI Key Tool
- Using the VVDI Key Tool, select the remote you would like to generate
- Disconnect cable, reinsert battery, and reassemble remote
- Program the remote to the vehicle, same as you do to an OEM remote
- Add transponder chip and program it to the vehicle if required
