VVDI Key Tool Max Generate XM38 remote, and it gives "Calculate failed(error code: Error:9B)" error.



Solution:
Xhorse Remote version needs to match device version (e.g. GL to GL version).
The device in the pic is GL version, then the remote may be CH version, so device will give this error.
