Xhorse Super Chip and B119 Transponder Information
Have you ever wanted to convert an Xhorse Super Chip to the equivalent transponder of a B119-PT Transponder Key?  Have you ever performed this process only to find out the transponder you created did not program to the vehicle?  If you answered yes to either of these questions, please read on.

In concept, this process sounds very simple, but Xhorse has made it a bit confusing for many of us.  The “Base” Transponder of a B119-PT is a PCF7937.  This is to say that you take a blank PCF7937, then format it correctly and you will end up with the proper transponder for a B119-PT Transponder Key.  When you read the transponder from a B119-PT Transponder Key, most devices on the market will identify the transponder as a “Phillips 46/ID46 Plus(+)” or a “Phillips 46/ID46 Extended”, either is correct.  Using this information when you try to create a transponder from a B119-PT Transponder Key using an Xhorse Super Chip, the process isn’t super clear.  Knowing that the Base Transponder of a B119-PT Transponder Key is a 7937, you would think that you would create this transponder using the 7937 selection on the Mini Key Tool App, the Key Tool Max, or Key Tool Plus, but this isn’t correct.  In reality, Xhorse has hidden this function under the 7936 selection.  If you follow the steps pictured below you will be able to successfully convert an Xhorse Super Chip into the equivalent transponder of a B119-PT Transponder Key.
