How to solve VVDI Key Tool all DEF error?

VVDI Key Tool is first generation of key tool series item, and it is still keep updating, you can update firmware via xhorse update kit software. Ans newer key tool series item includes vvdi mini key tool, key tool max, key tool plus.

And we received the feedback about vvdi key tool that:

my vvdi key also has this defect, i have tried several upgrades, i was not successful, please, i need help to solve this problem
