How to Solve Key Tool Plus "An unexpected error has occurred"?

One customer asked how to solve the software crash on VVDI Key Tool Plus. He tried to read M95M01 EEPROM but it crashed and shown "An unexpected error has occurred, sorry for the inconvenience."


Here is the Solution:
Switch the language to English.

Click the setting icon on the top right.

Select "Language".

Select "English".


Try again and Key Tool Plus Tablet works.
