Solved! Key Tool Plus Program VW Key Jump to Homepage in Chinese

One customer gave feedback that his Key Tool Plus will jump to a screen with China language when he was programming VW remote.



Here is how we solve it:
1.Update database to the latest version
(Check by the screenshots of Update Center and device's serial number)


2.Combine device to account
If VVDI Key Tool Plus is the latest version, try to link device to account first.


3.Calibrate device time
If device prompts "Please calibrate the device time" when combining device, turn off & on option of automatic time.
