It can not support cut via vin number.
You need get the key bitting, or database in the key cutting machine.

I love my condor mini. New dolphin machine is best of all. It has touch screen like condor mini and battery operated, and now they have clamp 5 which is combanition of clamp 1 and 2. So we don't need to keep changing between laser and double sided keys. New Xhorse Dolphin machine is best imo.I really like the upgradea they have done. Touch screen and especially m5 clamp. Once I have budget I will definitely get that.
