A:For Renw ISM ECU function support list is much less,if after several time still failed, it may not support at present, please except future update. Thanks.

A:The password is:123456.Same like VVDI Prog,VVDI2.

A:For password calculation function need tokens,if you do not have free tokens,you need to buy VVDI MB Tool Password Tokens.
16.Q:How many Password Calculation Token will be used everytime?One time one token?
A:If all key lost,will need 2 tokens.Sometimes,the key is different,the token times may be different.

A: For How to use VVDI MB program ESL for 09 Mercedes W204 Main Steps:
- Calculate the key password
- Load the EIS data on the ESL interface and paste the key password.
- Tick off “Auto clear TP and personalized” and then click on "Write", done.
Please program the simulator in the same method of programming the ESL.
When operating on the car, you need to clamp the K-line cable of the ESL. The ESL has a plug connection with four wires on it. Tear the thinnest harness and clamped with the blue clip of the OBD wire before operation. There is no need to clip K-line cable separately on the platform.
22.Q:Which option to prepare XSBZ01EN key? For normal keys, i use v051. I tried 051 with keyless keys, it wont work, it can only start, but no keyless or remote function?
A: V51.
VVDI Keys work but can't generate complete smart functions If
1)The original key has 2 batteries
2)The Mercedes is before 2011
How to select key version?
To program VVDI Benz Keys, select v051.
For OEM NEC keys, select v041/v011.
23.Q: My 15 VVDI BE Keys has no points, and the prompt “Attention: This BE key doesn't have bonus points, its bonus points was already used!”
A: 1)Update software&firmware to the latest version before collecting points
2)If still no points after step 1, attach the pics of VVDI MB software&firmware, and send the logfiles by time to us.
When it says "This BE key has bonus points", which means the points are collected successfully.
